I have never written a one star review. But ChargeSpot made me do so with its unclear t&c of using coupon. When there is a valid coupon in my account before I returned the powerbank, it deducted my balance before deducting my coupon which was a total VIOLATION to the coupon’s terms listed. The CS explained to me it was because I added the coupon to my account later than I started to use the powerbank. However, there is NO terms listed to let customers know the coupon must be added to account BEFORE using of powerbank. The terms listed on coupon even mentioned: Upon the return of the powerbank, the coupon will be automatically redeemed when the charges is higher than the coupon value. I mean, if the customer are required to add coupon into the account first so as to use it successfully, the terms should at least mention it! Instead, the CS just told me all disputes are subject to ChargeSpot’s explanation and clarification. Well anyway, I lost trust to this arrogant company and will stop using it again after all of my coupons bought are redeemed.
